Interest rates have held steady again this month. That is good news for the real estate market. The feeling of experts is that the rates will stay in this narrow range until closer to the end of this year. Depending upon how inflation does between now and then, rates could go up or down. If inflation fear goes down, interest rates will go down and vice versa.
